Dyneema Main Halyards have been class approved along with the jib. We’re adding this item as a courtesy for those who want both halyard to be the same. However, our suggestion is for a wire main halyard (linked to below. not only will there be less stretch over the longer line, but the benefits of the dyneema halyard are not very applicable to the main halyard. The main halyard does not tend to over ride, kink, or burr, so why not go with the longer lasting wire halyard. It’s the jib halyard that tends to kink, burr and stick if not kept tight on the winch drum.
