This kit includes the hardware required to lead the spinnaker halyard aft but does not include the halyard itself.  The hardware is comprised of the thru-deck bushing with fasteners, the bullet cheek blocks with fasteners, the micro cam cleat with fairlead, riser, and fasteners, the fairlead with fasteners, and the scrape plate with fasteners.
