This kit includes everything you need to install the boom crutch deck plate and floor socket in 2 positions.  The most common positions are slightly off center on the aft deck and in one seat.  The fiberglass patches are included for the floor sockets however you will need to obtain resin and gelcoat.  This kit is primarily used to retrofit older Flying Scots that were built without the boom crutch.
