Description

This thicker forestay is popular with camps, clubs, and other customers where the boats are used a lot and by various sailors.  It is also popular with those who sail in rough conditions regularly.  The forestay comes with a forked fitting swaged at each end just like the standard forestay however the forked fitting is thicker so you need to get the longer forestay clevis pin.  Most owners also change the forestay extension to the 1/8″ extension at the same time which in turn requires the larger turnbuckle.  The links to these items are below.
