The Guy Hook Cleat we highly recommend, and it comes with screws, riser and instructions. They are sold per side, so you probably need two. They come standard on all racing boats. They are required, in our opinion, to race downwind with proper form. Which is especially important when racing. The theory here, is that you can easily cleat the guy on deck, and trim it more responsively by being one to one. Furthermore, with the guy hook in the cleat it is pulling on the boat, not on the crews hand, again for more responsiveness. Of course the sheet is still in the crews hand, because it requires vigilant trimming.
